Went to the temple this morning. Had lunch at Toa Payoh after that. While on my way home, Vinci SMS-ed me. He asked if I am free to meet him for a cup of coffee, 'coz he just broke up with his girlfriend last night. My immediate reaction was, "HuH~?!" Didn't go out with him though 'coz it was raining cats and dogs.

Met up with WeiQi in the evening. While I was waiting for her at the Khatib MRT station, a Chinese man came up to me and asked if I was waiting for someone. Obviously, he was waiting for someone whom he has not met before. I told him yes, I was waiting for a friend. After a while, he approached me again. He told me that he was waiting for a friend whom he has not met before and asked for my name. I told him I was waiting for an ex-classmate. He finally gave up after that. Weird person.

WeiQi and I went to Millenia Walk to exchange our Bausch and Lomb Renu MoistureLoc solution for vouchers. Had dinner at the Fountain Terrace in Suntec City. Ate chicken cutlet with fried rice. Yummy! Went to watch the laser show at the Fountain Of Wealth after dinner.

We saw a group of boys on our way home. They seem to come from a boys' school. Didn't take much notice of what they were doing until we saw two of the boys fighting each other. Of course, they were just playing. Then, they started hugging each other. Another two boys followed suit. They were experimenting with different positions of hugging. Another group of weird people.

After WeiQi alighted at Khatib, a couple sat opposite me. The guy is very cute! HeE~! I kept looking at him. HaHa~!

Reached home at 11PM. Quite early, but mommy and daddy were already at home. Didn't expect them to be so early.

Have to wake up early for tuition tomorrow. I better go to sleep now.

Tigger and Me!

Shermaine and Charlene gave me a Tigger soft toy today. They bought it for me while they were having a holiday in Genting. AwWw, so sweet! HeE~!

Met up with Vinci in the evening, before I go for tuition. He handed me the Ponds Magic Powder which I asked his girlfriend to buy for me. Chatted with him while he was having his dinner at KFC. After dinner, he walked me to DaiYing's place before he goes home. Thanks buddy! =)

IT Show 2006 Part II

Had breakfast in Yishun this morning. Saw JiaRui's parents and her brother at the coffeeshop. Didn't see JiaRui though.

Called Creative to ask them about my Zen Micro. The line was busy and no one picked up the call. Had to leave a message for them instead. A customer service officer called back a while later. She told me that the limited warranty does not include cosmetic defects of the product, and if I wanna get it fixed, I will have to send it to the Creative store, where the technicians there will quote me an amount should there be any cost involved. Sad.

There was a traffic jam on the way towards Suntec City this afternoon. We went to Sungei Road for lunch instead. Had laksa and lor mee. Not too bad, but not to my liking. Decided to try going to Suntec City again after lunch. Fortunately, there was no jam. However, we had difficulty finding parking space.

Went to the IT show again. Saw ShuYing and her boyfriend on our way up to the exhibition hall. Her boyfriend just walked off without her while she was talking to us. Weird guy. *ShRuGs* There were so many people, it was almost impossible to move. Bought a wireless USB adaptor from SMC and an all-in-one printer from Epson. Was very angry with Epson. They did not give me the trolley that should come with the printer for transporting purpose. I asked the sales assistant for it, in case they have forgotten that the printer was very heavy, but she told me that the trolley was out of stock because they did not expect the overwhelming response from the customers. -_- When I was walking around, I observed that customers of other printer brands such as Canon and Brother all had trolleys, while many Epson customers had to lug their heavy purchase around. I came back and immediately sent them a long e-mail to complain. Hopefully, they will reply with a better explanation than what I got from the sales assistant at the IT show.

Shopped around Carrefour after loading the things we bought into the car. Bought some groceries. Daddy bought cheese franks. Quite nice. =)

No tuition tomorrow 'coz the Shermaine and Charlene went to Genting. Another off day. Haven't plan what I am going to do tomorrow. Will think about it tomorrow. I am too tired to think now. *YaWnZ*

Clarke Quay Night Tour

aslyn cancelled tuition AGAIN. I really don't know what to do with that girl. Her mother is not cooperative. She is always letting her daughter have her way. SiGh~! Spare the rod and spoil the child. How true.

Decided to go clubbing with Radiah and David at Dbl-O instead. Met Radiah at Dhoby Gaut MRT. That was the first time I saw her without a tudung. HaHa~! She was with her guy friend. Her date. She broke up with her boyfriend the same time I broke up with Dave. SiGh~! We took the train to Clarke Quay to wait for David. He was still in school when we called him. Had to keep rushing him along the way. We walked around Clarke Quay before heading to MacDonald's to wait for David. Took some photographs with Radiah while waiting for David.

He only came at 1115PM. I decided to go home while he and Radiah went to MoMo.

Reached home at 1215AM. Took me half an hour to wash up. I feel so fresh now! HeE~! I love ZA and Shiseido! They always leave my face clean and soft after use. =) Now, I am ready for bed. TaTa~!

IT Show 2006

Went to the IT show at Suntec City with WeiQi today. Had brunch with WeiQi at this place called 'candele' at Suntec City. WeiQi ordered a chocolate truffle cake and a mushroom pie. The chocolate truffle cake was heavenly! Yummilicious. HaHa~! The boss actually served us personally. He even asked for feedback when we were leaving. Good service. Will go back again. =)

Got the screen protector for my mobile phone. It was only selling at $4.90 and the sales assistant even put it on for me. HeE~! I am so glad I got it. Now my phone looks clean and tidy. =) I also bought a 512MB thumb drive from Imation. Got it for $59. Saw Gary from my IBM lecture while we were leaving the exhibition hall.

After we were done with the IT show, we went to Marina Square to check out the bag I fancied. I didn't buy it though. I kept finding excuses to not buy that bag. I succeeded! HaHa~! I am so proud of myself now. ^_^ Had dinner at Marina Loft. Ate lemon chicken rice again. Not too bad. While I was eating my dinner, I noticed this uncle walking around.He had been walking around the food court since we were there and he was still there when we finished our food. He looked like he can't decide on what he wants to eat. He finally left the place without ordering anything when we were about to leave. Funny uncle. Saw Gary again when we left Marina Square. What a small world.

Honesty is a virtue

Was chatting with David just now. He asked me to go clubbing this Saturday. I wanted to go 'coz Radiah will be going and I wanna see her without her tudung. HaHa~! However, June and her friend will be going as well. Actually, I don't really like June. Didn't tell David that 'coz June is his friend. I just told him I don't know June well and I don't wanna go clubbing with her around. I should not have said that. Should have just told him the truth then he will spare me of his long winded four-legged-bert theory. SiGh~!

Going to the IT fair with WeiQi tomorrow. Will be dropping by Marina Square after that to look at the bag which I like. I can't make up my mind on whether to buy it or not. I have got so many bags now that I already have a mini pasar malam by the side of my room. If I lug one more bag home, daddy and mommy are sure gonna start nagging again. I really like that bag. Should I, or should I not? SiGh~!
